His work is driven by the belief that sport is a powerful classroom for life, building discipline, confidence, teamwork, leadership, resilience and a sense of belonging. He has worked with children, young athletes, educators, volunteers and community stakeholders, supporting both participation and competitive development across multiple sports.
His experience includes Special Olympics and inclusive sports, football coaching and refereeing, athletics, basketball, handball, chess, NCC and scouting, along with sports event management, CBSE assessment and inter-institutional competitions. He has mentored teams to district and CBSE Cluster-level achievements and contributed to research on inclusion and Unified Sports.
Currently, he is providing free Frisbee coaching to underprivileged children in Delhi, with a special focus on empowering girls through sport. As a consultant, he helps NGOs, CSR foundations and educational institutions design and implement meaningful programs in sports for development, youth empowerment, inclusion, education, health and community participation.
